1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the DIATRAKR mobile application ("the App") and the DIATRAKR website ("the Service"), built by individual developer **stovd** ("we", "us", or "our"). We understand the highly sensitive nature of kidney health and dialysis tracking data. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use our App.

2. Personal & Health Data (No Collection)

DIATRAKR acts strictly as a local tracking utility.

• Local-Only Storage: All information you input—including pre- and post-treatment dialysis weights, blood pressures, pulse, ultrafiltration rates, daily fluid intake limits, checklists, and medical checkup notes—is stored **locally on your device** in a private, sandboxed database.
• Zero Server Access: We do not operate cloud servers, API gateways, or databases to store your tracking data. Your records are never uploaded to the internet or shared with us.
• No Account Required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide an email address, phone number, or name to use DIATRAKR.

3. Device Permissions & Sharing

To deliver standard offline features, the App may request specific system permissions on your Android device:

• Storage Access (Optional): Required solely to allow you to compile, save, and export your weekly clinical summary reports (as structured images or documents) to your device's internal storage.
• Share Intentions: When you choose to export your treatment logs to send to your dialysis nurse or clinical team, the App uses your device's built-in sharing utility. Your health reports are only sent to the specific apps or contacts you explicitly select (e.g., email, messaging apps). We have no access to these shared files or their destinations.

4. Third-Party Services & Analytics

To keep your tracking logs completely secure and free from corporate surveillance:

• No Ads: DIATRAKR does not include any third-party advertising networks or ad SDKs (such as AdMob).
• No Trackers: We do not run marketing trackers, user profiling, behavior analysis tools, or telemetry (such as Google Analytics for Firebase, Facebook SDK, or Mixpanel) in the App.
• Zero Data Brokerage: Because we do not collect your information, we are physically unable to sell, broker, or share your medical data with insurance companies, pharmaceutical corporations, or advertising networks.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You have absolute, 100% control over the retention and deletion of your tracking records:

• Deleting Logs: You can edit or delete individual logs or wipe your entire treatment database at any time from within the App settings.
• Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling the DIATRAKR App from your device will permanently and immediately erase all stored dialysis logs and settings. Because we do not back up your data to the cloud, this data cannot be recovered once the App is uninstalled.

6. Children's Privacy

DIATRAKR does not collect information from anyone. The App is an informational dialysis logging utility and is not designed to target, monitor, or collect data from children under the age of 13.

7. Policy Changes

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the App operates offline, policy changes will be published here on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
